ADMISSION PROCEDURE
2024-25
VPS, Pundag , Ranchi, has scheduled to open admissions for classes Nursery to Class VIII. The school yearns to build students who are not only magnificent in academics but at the same time inculcating and instilling social and ethical values.
Thus, the admission process is designed in such a way that it tests both the aptitude and attitude of the child. While the test assesses proficiency in various subjects, it will also reveal the child’s problem solving skills. We believe that this method of testing the student will allow us to look at them holistically.
AGE CRITERIA

The eligibility criterion for various classes is based on the age of the child. For the next academic year, the applicant’s age as on 31st March 2024, as recorded in the birth certificate will determine the eligibility for admission to a particular class.

Session 2024-25
Minimum age 3+ years as on 31st March 2024 for Class Nursery.
Minimum age 4+ years as on 31st March 2024 for Class Junior KG.
Minimum age 5+ years as on 31st March 2024 for Class I.
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED
AT THE TIME OF ADMISSION
Parents are requested to submit the following documents along with the Admission Form:
O Birth Certificate.
(Admission for Nursery to Class I).
O Current Residence Proof.
(Ration Card/Voter ID Card/Utility Bill/ Rent Agreement/Sale Deed/Aadhaar Card).
O Photo ID proof of both parents.
(Aadhaar Card/Passport/Driving License/Voter Id Card).
O 4 Passport-size latest photographs of the child and both the parents alongwith One Family
Photograph (Parents and Child together).
O 2 Passport-size latest photographs of the guardian (if applicable).
O Academic Progress Card of the previous class attended by the student.
(for admission in grade II and above).
O Blood group report of the child.
O Attested copies of legal documents if the child is being brought up by a single parent.
O Affidavit of the Guardianship is to be submitted if the student lives with a local guardian.
(if applicable).
O Original Transfer Certificate from the last school attended to be submitted latest by 31st July.
(only for students seeking admission in Class II onwards).
O Annual Progress Report Card to be submitted before 31st May.
Withdrawal
A Clear calendar month’s notice in writing or a month’s fee in lieu of notice is required before a student is withdrawn from the school. TC is issued only when all the dues of the school are settled along with TC Fees.
Minimum age 4+ years as on 31st March 2024 for Class Junior KG.
Minimum age 5+ years as on 31st March 2024 for Class I.

A student can be dismissed on any of the following grounds :-
• In disciplinary actives
• Irregular attendance
• Damage of School Property
• Moral breach considered by the school authorities
• Being detained for two consecutive years in the same class
