Knowledge is power, information is liberating, and education is the premise of progress in any society. It helps one in developing ”A fresh perspective of looking at life. Throughout history, education has allowed the community to succeed both socially and economically. As rightly said by Nelson Mandela “Education is the most powerful weapon which can be used to change the world” I intend to make my vision a reality. It has always been my dream, to transform Ranchi into a city of dreams and elevate it to new heights. The only obvious answer to this was to inculcate a culture of ‘Quality Education’, which allows our children to not only become successful in life, but also realize their duties and responsibilities towards the state and their fellow citizens.

We believe that every child is endowed with a unique set of attributes and abilities, which need to be nurtured so that they blossom. Therefore, every child deserves an education that fosters academic excellence, all-round development, and ensures their well-being. We are inspired by these tenets in everything that we do at VIKAS PUBLIC SCHOOL, PUNDAG, RANCHI.
At our school, we provide a learning environment that inspires and motivates children, and encourages them to explore limitless and endless possibilities in their quest for knowledge. Right from inception, our overarching goal is to make VPS, PUNDAG, RANCHI, a HAPPY SCHOOL, where teaching is a pleasure and learning is a joy; where learning and excelling is a passion, and culture and values have pre-eminent place.
Our caring and committed teachers are our pillars of strength. They teach our children not just with mind but with their heart. They make learning enjoyable and rewarding, and imbibe in children the importance of sound values. Our excellent educational programmes are complimented by state-of-the-art facilities and resources, and our focus on sports and co-curricular opportunities facilitates children’s holistic education.
